For just $45.00 per person you get a three-course dinner that includes several choices of salad, entree and dessert at the Mark Restaurant and Bar and  you get a ticket to that night’s performance at Burien Little Theatre.

House Salad
Spring Greens, fresh Pear and Candied Walnuts are gently kissed with Citrus in an Orange Champagne Vinaigrette.

Signature Caesar
Crispy hearts of Romaine Lettuce and Kalamata Olives tossed with our chef's homemade Caesar Dressing.  Finished with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and Crunchy Croutons.

Huntsman Salad
Sweet Bell Pepper, Black Olive, Red and Green Cabbage, and Cucumber take on hearty Huntsman Cheese in a White Balsamic Vinaigrette.


Marks of Distinction - Choice of 1

Herb-Encrusted Salmon with Caper Beurre Blanc
In the Mark's rendition of the perennial Northwest favorite, Salmon is encrusted in Fresh Herbs, seared in Butter to tender flakiness and complemented with a Caper Beurre Blanc. Accompanied by Sun-Dried Tomato Polenta and Sautéed Herbed Vegetables.

Classic Seafood Risotto
Creamy from stirring and slow cooking on the stove, this classic risotto is enhanced by lightly sautéed, fresh-from-the sea Scallops, Shrimp and Mussels. Served with Sautéed, Herbed Vegetables.

Just Rib-eye Steak
When all you want are the basics, this dish will fill the bill.  Ten ounces of juicy grilled Rib Eye get nothing more than simple Salt and Pepper Seasoning, although there is a Shallot and White Balsamic Vinegar Relish on the side for the more adventurous. Accompanied by a Baked Potato with Herb Butter and Sautéed, Herbed Vegetables.

Garlic & Herb Roasted Half Young Fryer
Roasted Chicken is graced with Garlic and fresh Herbs beforefinishing with a pan Veloute. With savory Bread stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and seasonal Vegetables.

Ratatouille Pasta
Fresh Zucchini, Green Pepper, Eggplant, Garlic, Onion, and Tomatoes simmered together and served over Linguini. Finished with Parmesan Cheese.

Cider-glazed Double-cut  Stuffed Pork Chop
After marinating in Appelkorn Schnapps, this Pork Chop is stuffed with Herbed Cream Cheese and grilled and kissed with a Spiced Cider glaze. Served with sweet Fried Yams and Sautéed, Herbed Vegetables.

Gingerbread Crusted Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake

Vanilla ice cream and Kona Coffee ice cream on top of a brownie, with Macadamia Nuts and Fudge Sauce
